The living room is equiped of a kitchen place with gaz fire, furnace micro waves and classical electric also, washing machine. Fully fitted. A small detail: the cupboard shelves are sliding which makes it easier to reach the utensils. In addition : TV, internet Wifi, tuner, and hot/cool air-conditioned. The private terrace which adjoins the living room and is north facing is cool, shady and verdant which is welcome in the summer.
