Before 1900, On left : Hôtel Continental, on right : Original Palais Gothique. This fake castle was built around 1870. I was included in 1925 in the building constructed in two campaigns the Cannes promoter Henri Perrot with a steel Establishments Richard Ducros (Ales). The second campaign is dated 1928. Its facades are inspired by Art Deco, especially with beautiful ironwork on the balconies.
Around 1930, We discover the Villa «Le Nid» original name of the property. On top, the first Pergola.

Henri Stoecklin, renowned architect does not hesitate to use wood, brick, stone, plaster and ceramics to compose an original eclectic architecture where the care given to every detail, available to all, the choice and implementation materials, demonstrates his talent. Each house is unique because the molds used for decorations will be immediately destroyed, as soon as the built is finished. The actual residents are the fith owners, since 1983.
